Are you looking for the best free blogging resources

If so, then you’ve come to the right place!

Maybe you are thinking about starting a blog, or maybe you want to work on growing the blog you already have.

I love to help people start and grow their blogs because starting my blog is something that truly changed my life for the better, and I now love what I do.

I started Making Sense of Cents and have built a great business with it. It has allowed me and my husband to leave the day jobs we disliked to pursue something that we love.

Now, we travel full-time, make a great living, have a flexible schedule, have more time to spend with loved ones, and we are able to retire early.

But, it definitely didn’t start out that way.

I randomly started my blog and had no idea what I was doing. I didn’t know how to make money blogging, how to get traffic to my site, what SEO was, and more. My blog started as a hobby, and I was completely clueless.

Since I didn’t know what I was doing, I signed up for a lot of free blogging resources.

I was on a budget with my blog, and I didn’t want to spend a lot of money.

And, that’s why I want to share some of my favorite free blogging resources with you today.

The blogging tools and resources in this blog post will help you create your blog, come up with blog post ideas, grow your blog income, learn how to share your website in order to grow your page views, and more.

And, even though they are free, what I’m sharing with you today are some of the most useful resources for blogging. Just because it’s free doesn’t mean it can’t be great.

  1. I’m about to start a YouTube channel with the intent on inspiring the working-class people to take up blogging as a side hustle working from home. Many people today either stuck in their jobs, unemployed or just looking for a 2nd income still don’t know about or understand the true concept of blogging as a full-time career, with the potential to go from employee ot entrepreneur, or achieving side hustle millionaire status. I’m glad you’re still around blogging, because you’re a true testimony how anyone can go from being in debt, to achieving [side hustle millionaire] status as a blogger. Keep up the good work Michelle! 🙂

    Michelle,
You are such a wealth of knowledge! THANK YOU!

You are incredibly kind to offer so much info for new bloggers (like me!). I have been coming to your site nearly daily to read and re-read so many of your posts as I know nothing about blogging.

My blog is in the personal finance niche and I am just full of knowledge that I want to share with the world (having become financially free in under a decade starting with a measly teacher salary of 16k a year!) but I am super private (no one knows I don’t ever have to work again) and I have no social media–I’m a strange millennial I know– lol.

I knew I would have to let go of some of my privacy to explain to my audience who I was and why I could help them, but man, I had no idea what it really took to blog. Naive me, thought it was just about…well..writing.

It is incredibly fun and I have YEARS of pent-up info and learning experiences that I want to share with my future readers BUT I would be lost without all your posts and advice on what to do in this blogger-universe.

I just had to comment and let you know I am SO grateful to you!!
    THANK YOU!!

    1. Thank you so much! Thanks for being a reader 🙂
